Orders and Shipping

Loved a Coquelicot piece and want to get it ASAP? Shopping with us is super easy. As soon as you find an item that you love, select the size and color you want and click “add to cart”. If you want to check all the items that you have added to your cart, simply click the little shopping bag item on the top right corner and it will show you all the pieces that are in your cart.

Once you are ready to place your order, go to your Shopping Bag and select the Check Out button and you will be redirected to complete your order.  

Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at time of checkout. Please allow a few minutes for this come through. If you have not received this within an hour, please contact Costumer Support and we will gladly help you will your order status.

Coquelicot currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay/Google Pay.

We know that you want to receive your Coquelicot piece as soon as possible! Therefore, whenever stock permits, all orders are shipped within 24 hours. Items purchased over the weekend or Holidays will be shipped the next business day. During special events, sales and promotions, orders may take slightly longer than usual.

All orders are shipped using USPS, or FEDEX/ UPS if stated in the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update from us with the tracking information.

At the moment Coquelicot ships to the United States and Puerto Rico.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that once orders have been shipped, the order can not be cancelled, therefore you could return your order following our return policy and we will process the refund once we receive back the merchandise. 

We know that online shopping can be difficult sometimes, this is why  for any reason you are not loving your order, or you wish to exchange the size of your product, unhappy with the items received, you have up to 15 calendar days to return the items to us for a full refund, after the 15 days, but before 30 days you are eligible to return your order for a store credit. Please note the cost of the return is at your own expense.

All items must be in their original condition, unused with all original tags and packaging. Coquelicot  will not accept items that have been worn, soiled or if the tags have been removed.

Sale items are Final Sale, therefore they are not eligible for return.

Please allow up to 5 working days from the date the item arrives back with us. We will notify you through email as soon as your refund has been finalized. 

All items are carefully inspected before being shipped. In the case your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us on to arrange an exchange. In this case, Coquelicot will assume responsibility of the shipping cost.

Coquelicot is not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty/damaged. Coquelicot is also not responsible if items are lost during transit. We suggest obtaining an insured shipping label. In the case of a return, we ask that our costumers send us the tracking information.

Once the product arrives back at our warehouse, we will examine the item to check there are no damages or that the item has been worn.
