RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If you are not satisfied with your Coquelicot garment(s), you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn, untarnished and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. You have 15 days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund. If you return items after the 15 days but before 30 Days we will give you 100% store credit (minus shipping). All items should be sent pre-paid; we do not accept COD’s.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Return the product in its packaging, together with the completed return form.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “wrong item” we will gladly assist you with that.
Coquelicot will do everything to deliver items to you, in an excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email to email@example.com with the subject “reclaim”. Prior to sending the item back, please email a picture of the damaged product and explain the problem. Coquelicot will pay for the shipping back to our facility, regarding reclaims.
